1 Lie down on your back and place your hands behind your head.
2 Lift slightly your right elbow towards the left knee, while bringing your knee up.
3 Keep your lower back straight
4 Move your legs as if you are riding a bicycle – right elbow to left knee, then left elbow to right knee 🙂
5 Repeat at least 10 times
Do the same exercise from this position. Repeat 10 times for each side. You can do this abs workout twice a week.
Put your hands and knees on the floor. This pose is a great stretch for your back, especially in the morning!
Your hands should be under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
Take a deep inhale and drop your back down toward the floor. Lift your head up towards the ceiling.
On the exhale round your spine up towards the ceiling and draw your belly to your spine. Tuck your chin towards your chest – like a cat stretching its back 😀
Repeat until your spine is warmed up.
KNEE PUSH UPS
Place your hands under your shoulders and your knees close together.
Lower your body until your chest touches the ground.
The entire body should move in straight line.
Press your body back up to the starting position.
Repeat at least 10 times with a smile! 😀
