DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE RECIPE THAT WILL BRIGHTEN UP YOUR DAY!
Cherries, strawberries, avocado, banana and milk come together creating this healthy and flavorful smoothie. This smoothie is one of my favorite breakfasts, I love it – it leaves me feeling happier and energized! This nutritious drink is full of vitamins that will strengthen your immune system. It only takes a few minutes to fix! A vitamin-packed smoothie is a great way to start the day 🙂
For the recipe, I will be using fresh fruits but you can use frozen fruits if you like. A frozen banana and 1/2 cup of ice cubes will make your smoothie chilly. You need a good blender that will whirl the ingredients into a thick beverage.
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 cup avocado
- 1 cup strwaberries
- 1 cup bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey /optional/
If you prefer to use non-dairy milk, use unsweetened almond milk, coconut or rise milk. You can always substitute milk with juice of your choice – apple, orange or cranberry juice and you can use just about any fruits you want – you make the rules!
Blend ingredients in high speed – just press the button and serve up most of your family’s daily fruit intake!
